First in our Success Map is our Feature List.

The Feature List gives us a starting point for the rest of our Success Map. At this point, we need to string together our running feature list for our software. We’ll be using this list in our marketing document and it will form a solid foundation for the technical requirements necessary to build the software complete and on time.
