Often, problems come in the form of bug reports.

Bugs, something we discussed in detail previously, will inevitably pop out when you least expect them. Our goal is to eliminate most of the bugs prior to making our software available, but this happens. Users will stretch your software in ways you never expected it to – and pop, you’re suddenly “it”.
